Safer Escape has great personel with prompt and courteous response to whatever your need might be. I chose this retractable ladder system because it does not detract from the aesthetics of the house and it is very sturdy and reliable ,allowing any age to go down safely. I like the fact that more than one person can go down at a time getting everyone to safety promptly.
