After receiving your order, we will contact you within 48 business hours to customize the ladder for your home. We will require measurements and photos of the installation location.
Because each Safer Escape Ladder is custom-built to your home, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been placed.
Returns are only accepted if your ladder is found to be defective under our Defective Merchandise Warranty.
If you believe your ladder is defective, please contact us with your order number, photos or video of the issue, and a brief description so we can review your claim.
If we are unable to make the ladder according to your needs after reviewing your measurements and photos, the processing fee will be refunded.
Approved warranty claims will be resolved through repair or replacement of defective components, at our discretion.
Installation is not included in the order.
