The innovative folding mechanism of the Safer Escape ladder allows it to close neatly inside itself when not in use. This clever design feature not only ensures that the ladder is secure and discreet, but also means that the rungs are protected from the elements.
Discreet Low Profile Appearance
The discreet and low profile design of the ladder allows it to be installed without compromising the aesthetic appearance of your home. The closed ladder has a profile of less than 3 inches and its “drainpipe like” appearance doesn’t draw unwanted attention.
Escape From Multiple Floors
Additional release stations can be incorporated into the Safer Escape ladder to allow it to be accessed from multiple floors, making it suitable for multi-story buildings.
The Safer Escape ladder is assembled using modular sections. Multiple sized ladders can be connected to meet your required height.
The anodized aluminum construction and stainless steel hardware mean that the Safer Escape ladder is able to withstand the harshest weather conditions. This robust construction and the innovative folding mechanism insures that vital components are protected against the elements.
Anti- Slip Ladder Rung
Each rung on the ladder has a unique anti-slip design that assures user safety as they descend the ladder. The steps are concealed inside the ladder’s profile when it is closed, providing additional weather protection.
Burglar Proof Design
The anti-tamper release pin ensures that the ladder cannot be accessed by unauthorized people, and can be fitted at the top or middle of the ladder depending on the individual requirements for access.

The Safer Escape ladder has been load tested to EN 131 and other European standards. 4-5 people can climb the ladder at once. We are also currently undergoing review by the ICC-ES, the gold standard for the US construction industry.
